1）綠色化學：氧氣氧化與活化，氧合反應（Oxygenation Reactions），氮合反應（Nitrogenation Reactions）；
2）地球豐產過渡金屬催化；
3）基於內源性物質進行先導藥物發現，通過可控自由基反應、惰性鍵活化、串聯催化等過程尋求生物活性分子合成新途徑、新方法，利用簡單原料以簡潔、高效的合成方法為先導藥物發現及構效關係研究服務。
